Okay, so I have started microneedling my scalp with 1 mm needles.

Does this work for hair loss or is it a meme? And if it does, how often should you microneedle your scalp for best results?

Dermaroller boosts the natural production of collagen, so it is good for scars/wrinkles. It also helps stuff like Minoxidil going deeper, but I don't think it helps with hairloss by itself at all.
Also you disinfect it with alcohol before use, it is safe, but should not be use more than once per week.

I have good personal experience with microneedling, but it could be other stuff I was doing that brought about my hair regrowth. Also, studies demonstrate worthwhile results.
