https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rare_Earth_hypothesisIt is so incredibly lucky how and where and under what circumstances our Milky Way, type of Solar System, type of sun Sun, Earth, big stabilizing Moon went into existence and could perform a quiet evolution (with some intense and evolution accelerating, but not atom smashing throwbacks), that most likely there is NO OTHER TECHNICAL CIVILIZATION in our galaxy in our centuries besides us.
Maybe another tech civilizattion in Andromeda, in M-87, in Gruelfin etc.
Look at the creation of the Moon. Just a second earlier or later and Earth woul have been destroyed or missed by Theia.
Without Moon, Earth would only have bacterias, slime molds and moss as living organisms, because of wobbling Earth axis and totally horrible climate catastrophies and no tides.
