They don't want to get hurt. Naturally you don't want to hurt them either, but the problem us that this person is FRAGILE. It just isn't humanly possible to avoid hurting them in ways you don't even notice yourself. Very soon you are going to get ostracized, for the horrible crime of breathing hurtfully. No explanarion needed, either. You must know how much you hurt them with your breathing.
The fragile people will also step in to "protect" people from perceived harm, not realizing those never perceived any problem, and in fact can get hurt by the resulting chaos.
Meanwile, the fragile people are deeply unsettled by the people they notice are not fragile. Surely you have to be someone immensely dangerous if these extremely hurtful or scary things don't seem to bother you.
