So I know that humans release certain neurotransmitters like serotonin or dopamin when they are happy and others when they are stressed but what is at "just being fine"?
Is being fine just a lower level of happiness endorphins or is being fine the baseline at zero happiness zero stress transmitters? In other words is there a constant happiness flow that just gets higher when positive things happen or should I understand it at 0 happiness 0 stress then suddenly I feel actively happy because happiness transmitters go out because X.
