Having just very briefly looked it up, seems like SSRIs would be an effective autism cure if tryptophan were of any use. And I'm pretty sure they are not.

Needs to be decarboxylated and N-methylated a couple times first. Then 20-30mg should do the trick if you smoke/vape it correctly.
