So where did all of that money go, where did the trillions of dollars that have influx into the colleges/universities since the beginning of the new millennium?It feels like universities have as much capacity as they did in the early 2000s.

Classrooms are over packed & tuition keeps on going up so why haven't the schools been building additional capacity? Why do schools need to discriminate against race?
