Yes we are.

It's so small, it's benign. Look at for example, Africans in the dusty countries like Sudan, they inhale larger volumes of dust. They're fine. It's treated like anything else small, like minerals, it passes through and doesn't build up in way that's bad for us. Unless it's continuous inhalation of thick dust clouds, that's not good.
