I saw this but when looking at the actual paper, he bounds the vector by O(det(R)^(2/(n+1))) where he mistakes the det(R) for N^(n+1)*((n*(n+1))/2)*ln(N), giving a bound of O(N^2*(n^(4/n+1))*ln(N)^(2/(n+1))). But correcting this determinant calculation gives a bound of O(N^2*((n/e)^(2n/(n+1)))*ln(N)^(2/(n+1))) where N is significantly massive (2^800 in one example) and n is relatively small (95 in the same example). Meaning I'm practice this changes the number of operations from something like 2^1610 to 2^1600 in his example. It's a factor of 1000 but relatively why does that make a difference? Any help please?
