>>12786573Visit a therapist, and make sure it's a white man, and I hate to admit it but the "Christian and ministry" based therapists are the best, because many do not see psychotropics as a viable solution. They will at least try to help you think differently and overcome your issues. If, after a couple years of therapy, you remain the same, it would be time to visit a psychiatrist.
If you wish to fight back against anxiety and depression, you must learn to love yourself and help yourself. Build a good foundation, and you can build yourself up from there. Work out, set goals, achieve those goals. Self discipline. With enough self discipline, anything is possible.
