When this idea is followed to its logical conclusions, the implications are pretty radical:
A) all humans are, mentally speaking, identical blank slates at birth (no differences between the genders, races, etc...).
B) our material bodies are inherently undesirable; they are only an obstacle to be overcome and eventually done away with.
basically, to put it simple the Jews want to bring about their vision of God's Kingdom on Earth, and in order to do so we must abandon our material bodies. This is why there is such a strong pushback against things like sexism and racism - our material bodies must not correlate with our minds.
