usually when to prove two groups are isomorphic to each other we need to produce one isomorphism
but you already know first isomorphism theorem no? now you are given g/z(g) which is a factor group. so now you can easily find that g/z(g) and inner(g) infact this is easier method to prove isomorphic groups saar you itself try once no
