I keep getting horrible mouth sore outbreaks pretty much once a month now. Blood work came back normal and swabs say they're normal cankersores. Have an appointment with a specialist in a month. I'm fucking scared bros, they hurt so fucking bad.

So on the positive side it's very unlikely that it's cancer then. Maybe an allergic reaction? But I am no doctor

My doc seems to think it's autoimmune related. I used to get them when I was sick now I'm getting them all the time even when healthy. Had it about 5 times this year alone and.its getting old. My stress is high and I sleep like shit so it could be related.

This is stress and food related. Are you immunosuppressed or on any medications? Have there been changes in your diet recently? Are you under a lot of stress?

The extensive off-white irregular and soft to the touch white lesions on your tongue are most likely candida growth (or other comensal fungal overgrowth) while the canker sores are sensitivities to food exacerbated by stress and immunosuppresion.

Been pretty stressed out with work and sleep issues as I work nights in aviation so covid has crippled us. My diet is shit ontop of that.

Not sure what those are. Kind of look like canker sores? Listerine nightly followed immediately by swishing with water with a bit of baking soda in it basically eliminated canker sores for me, something I'd struggled with for most of my life.
