It's just a less psychoactive Delta-9 essentially. Feels more or less the same, and Delta-9 certainly has no antipsychotic properties. I'd recommend Delta-8 for someone that lives in a state where weed isn't legal and they want to get stoned without going to a drug dealer, it's not something I would suggest as a remedy to psychosis.
