Does my back have some issue? I went to an orthopedist and he said it looks ok, but when I walk I feel like it's all warped, and he said I just have to fix my posture and strengthen my core, it also hurts at the lumbar height and he said it's just muscle pain but it hurts at the center like at the spine bone
