What are your study routines for learning Mathematics or Physics?

I can work quite well with the concepts and understand but I feel like I need to work on the memorization aspect of learning. What routines do you take so that learning and memorization is most efficient

I use anki (Spaced repetition flashcards) for memorizing things long term. Make some anki cards for anything you want to know long term and do them daily anon

Oh, one caveat. Flashcards suck for lists, if you're trying to memorize a list, you're better off using the palace method ( Google memory palace) or the journey method.
