So let's share some embarrassing lab stories, I will start

>Genetics and bioengineering student
>2 semester, first day in lab cause Rona
>Learn to put stuff under a microscope
>We wanna look at bacteria so we need a sample, profesor(female) wanted to do a mouth swab
> "Does anyone wanna offer up there mouth"

>While everyone was on holidays the nafri guy still at the lab had flushed the machine with the lemon bleach we use for surface disinfection
>Amazed any cells at all were surviving the bleaching
>Have to order new tubes and reservoirs for the machine

Lab work is about workflow management
