Regarding the privacy issue couldn't they just share raw results from the experiment? Why isn't that done anyways?
>They're scaredI could see a decrease of scientific output due to such a measure, but the quality probably would increase dramatically. Many people would be fired, so I guess there is an incentive not to do it, but it just seems to be the next step in the scientific process...
