>>12769957Alright, retard confirmed. If you have nothing valuable to contribute then keep your hands off your keyboard when you're in this thread. Dipshit. You can literally kill people with the wrong advice and you're offering people advice to take an obesity related supplement that has no effect on positive brain enhancement.
Here's a list of what I've just bought
Lion's Mane - improve brain plasticity
Huperzine A - Aka Chinese Club Moss, "Not only used as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease, huperzine A is also said to enhance learning and memory and to protect against age-related cognitive decline."
Korean Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) - Helps circulation, age related defects and reduces chances of prostate cancer, sort of the Korean version of the "French Paradox"
Bacopa Monnieri - Bacopa monnieri is a perennial, creeping herb native to the wetlands of southern and Eastern India, Australia, Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America. Bacopa might increase certain brain chemicals that are involved in thinking, learning, and memory. Some research suggests that it might also protect brain cells from chemicals involved in Alzheimer disease.
L-Theanine - Calms me down, I've used it before and I can vouch for it. Very few side-effects, may need to shit a little sooner but it's basically condensed green tea
B12 - enough said
Pine Bark Extract - Pine bark extract has been used for a variety of chronic conditions that involve inflammation, but larger studies are needed.
PTEROSTILBENE - The shit in blueberries, may act like resveratrol but better
Pine nut oil - Does not improve brain health but helps absorb this shit so it doesn't fuck up the lining of your stomach, take one at the start of the day and at the end and you won't have a lot of the gestational issues these things cause. Creates a thing film around the stomach and feels great.
Noopept - Scared to take this one, not even sure but ordered a few grams, google it, supposed to give alertness and energy
