Can you provide me with some source where I can learn about finasteride concentration in ejaculate?

My wife is pregnant and I don't want to nutt inside her if I'm not sure that it is safe for our baby (I'm taking 1 mg per day for at least 5-6 years now). Pregnant women should stay away from this substance since it may cause genital defects in unborn children. At least this is what the leaflet says. Other sources say that the data is inconclusive but it is better to stay at the safe side.

So, /sci/? Is there any finasteride present in the load?
