Hey anons,

i ran a simulation of some structure in a cannel with different mesh refinements. at one of the boundaries between mesh refinements (1.5 m per cell to 3 m per cell) i get velocity values for the first timestep, even though there should be nothing happening there.

how can i explain this? is this caused by steep gradients when cell size goes from 1.5 to 3?
