Find a place where you can communicate with an other person in real life where you can talk about everything and anything. Pay for that contact if you have no friends. Take a regular walk or force your self to walk regularly by getting a dog. Limit your meat, sugar, salt. Try to replace it with more eggs, milk, vish and muchrooms. And cook that stuff your self. But change the resipe always a little bit and test if the taste improves. Clean your room and ways leave a room more cleaned up then you entered it. But also have a place that is always a lotal mess. Preferable outside your house where you can be to hobby a bit around. Keep nostalgia around but don't build a dependacy on it. Playing games from you childhood on a emulator on your phone or building something next weekend with Lego are great. Discover what kind of music you like in what situations and have that music a much as possible softly playing in the background. No TV, and limit blue light from screens by using dark mode or something like Flux.
