>My ADHD and autism symptoms get worse the more I jerk off.
Do we have any explanation for that? I literally feel less in control of myself when I get into the habit of jerking off.
I shake my leg more often, I get distracted more, I get "stuck in my head" if that makes sense. That's something that happens to autists more. You get stuck in your mind thinking about stuff rather than be in the moment doing stuff you should.

I get similar effects from too much sugar, or too much carbs in a meal, that can manifest as lethargy with ADHD. Main cause of procrastination. This is often not as bad without jerking off or eating too much refined carbs.

The underlying mechanism can be the same in both cases, but also not. It definitely boils down to receptors and chemicals in the brain, but which and how? And how can I deal with it?
I've seen theories that autists have a thinner blood-brain barrier which causes more chemicals to pass through which can come from the food we eat, so diet is definitely a factor that can help.

But how does that apply to jerking off? What chemicals does jerking off produce that can make symptoms of autism and ADHD worse?
Any idea?

>inb4 see doc, get prescription meth
No, I want would rather know what lifestyle changes I should do to help before getting a chemical band-aid with side effects.
