No. If men and women are equally likely to kill a child in their custody per time unit spent with child, and women spend X times more time with children than do men, then women will be X times more likely to be the killer of a child, even if propensity to kill is the same. Hence, higher rate of child killed by mother versus child killed by father does not mean mothers are more murderous than are fathers.

Yes, which is why you have to show that the children being killed are in single parent homes, because otherwise the correlation isn't due to increased exposure.
If women kill children more often even in two parent households then it's not because they're spending more time with them.

My mother constantly yelled at and berated my father, neglected me, and made me the outlet for her hatred if men, which was noticed by a female pedophile who used the lack of maternal prescence in my life to groom and molest me.
