Ah-ha! Visualize the words contextually. Imagine everything as much as you can, shifting the framework into a scene with objects, subjects, and actions.
e.g. later I had a realization..visualization = I woke up to the facts or it happened over some duration with processing
or the other one ''visualize the words.. [sic]'' =
I see text that enters my brain where I imagine as much as possible (the fit of info) constructing the things on a stage into a play.
When you imagine, visualize, and create the text this way, you really observe the life of the text living in you. You open your mind, and it's ok to be incomplete. Practice makes perfect, and the exercises will help. When reading non-math, you will also find it's bizarre to do this, but find things much more memorable, increase your intuition, analysis, and opportunity to learn and integrate new information.
