interest here, I've often thought of a system where users imput a wishlist of what they want and a stake goods and services which they have, and a quantum computer AI takes all of these and forms the most efficient chain of barters.

super cool, I like the github Idea, there is quite a variety of quantum computing cloud platforms online that may be useful to experiment on, perhaps a repo that offers a central point for people to come build algorithms to test on different services could get the buzz going enough to get a variety of industrial, political and ideological interests to fund for physical space

Dwave has the leap cloud api https://www.dwavesys.com/take-leap that samples a binary quadratic model for the lowest possible energy state. I don't have it down step by step, but it seams reasonable to me that this would be a great problem for quantum computers.
