Probably most of the neutrinos going through you right now are solar in origin.

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_neutrino the flux is 7x10^10 /cm^2 /sec.
or 7x10^14 /m^2 s
They're travelling at speed c more or less, which is 3x10^8 m/s, so the density should be about 2.3 x 10^6 /m^3.
If the energy per particle is around 400 kev, that's 9.3 kev/ m^3

In terms of kwh/m^3, that's orders of magnitude less than a mosquito fart.

OP, you're trying to solve the symptom instead of the disease. Humanity has an ever growing demand for energy which is becoming more and more difficult to meet. Instead of working on the supply side, work on the demand side.
We do this to a limited extend but in the dumbest way possible. We complain about wall warts that consume 0.0001% of energy produced and about other low return, high interactive solutions.
Depending on what you think about Uncle Ted, the solution might be to get rid of technology altogether but most of humanity isn't going to cooperate. The other possibility is strict population control. Humanity should be reduced to 500,000,000 and never allowed to grow larger. Resources should be expended on improving the quality of those 500 million instead of using the current "spray and pray" model.

We don't need to lower the population that much we just need to genetically engineer people to be small. Smaller people require exponentially fewer resources in order to live the same quality of life and they don't have any disadvantage in terms of survival.

7e14 m^2/s * 400e3 eV= 2.8e21 eVm^2/s

That comes out to about 450W
