What are some /sci/ approved ways of getting sleep? I'm in grad school and have gotten zero hours of sleep these past few days due to anxiety. I'm finding it very challenging to keep up with my assignments when my brain is literally tomato sleep. I'm thinking about getting some OTC stuff like nyquil as I've tried all the meme advice like counting sheep, meditating, getting rid of electronics an hour before bed time, listening to a podcast, reading, white noise, sleeping in a different location, etc.. Any thoughts?
