In the richest tier the biggest polluters are Australia, USA, the Arab emirates. Australia, while France, Sweden, Switzerland are the least polluting.
In the second richest tier the biggest polluters are the Saudis, Estonia, Czechia, while Argentina, Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary are doing OK
In the third richest tier Russia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia are the most egregious polluters, while Mexico and Romania are doing OK
In the fourth richest tier China, Venezuela, Ukraine, Iran are the worst, while the Philippines, Peru, El Salvador, Brazil, Colombia are doing OK.
And so on.
It's interesting for instance that the Russians pollute more than Germany and Japan despite being a third as wealthy, signs of large inefficiency.
