Introduction to Abstract Algebra by Elbert A. Walker is fucking terrible.
There are no examples. Proofs are sometimes not even explicitly shown. Exercises don't reinforce the content just learned because they try to teach new insights

Have any anons dealt with this text before?
I struggled with it for a semester and a quarter until finally switching over to Dummit and Foote.
