Then transition to a full carnivore diet, no vegetable products. After that, you don't need any more transitions. You should be on the first one for about two months, the second one for six months and the keto diet for 2 years. Then, keep on the carnivore diet until you die.
Remember to not take breakfasts, it is an invention by the bourgeoisie. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors didn't have any breakfasts, the clan ate until they finally caught the tiger they were hunting for two weeks. This is another reason you don't need vegetable products, during most of our history we only ate animal products, therefore we have evolved to eat them (maybe you can eat a couple of berries), agriculture was horrible for our diets.
