Neither Godel, Escher, Bach not the last book are even textbooks or real resources, the math is lacking, the algorithm resources aren’t very deep, the AI book is garbage that is unfortunately somewhat standard, etc etc.
It ends up being slightly excessive in some areas (reading all of TAOCP as a masters student? By this curriculum’s own design, you don’t have the necessary real analysis to even do the book properly, much less the measure theory in book 2) while completely lacking in most others.
I’m still writing out my curriculum, but if you just want to be a working professional who doesn’t know everything but has a decent taste of the intermediate, use teachyourselfcs. The resources they provide there are decent and don’t pretend they’re a real curriculum
