How come a similar rate of Germans compared with the rest of Europe have schizophrenia despite them killing everyone with it during the 40s?

perhaps they have a slightly lower rate, I know there is a genetic component to schizophrenia but idk if it can appear on regular people

Maybe your one are of the rare individual it works for. But essentially it couldn’t really be shown to work. Especially if you adjust for publication bias it looks pretty grim.

Europeans are crazy. Literally entire countries are riddled with PTSD and a high percentage have legit brain damage.
Imagine post WW1 France.. yeah, so all our young males have metal shards in their brains, that will have zero consequences for our long term historical development.
