That what we're calling "running out of telomeres" now?
The maximum lasting point of a human brain is estimated at 120 - 130 years at full health under standard oxygen, food and gravity conditions on earth. The body lasts 120-125 years approximately.
So to squeeze out five more years you would wire yourself up to a brain in a jar.
Two ways you can cheat.
Add more telomeres at key points where birthing/stem cells are. (requires precision injector) and two, longer telomeres lines, slower unwinding. (uptake and metabolism of certain minerals can do this)
i.e some plants use quartz rich silicon environments to add to their frame and keep themselves youthful/strong. (See: The Methuselah Tree)
This comes at the price of being a heavier organism and slower in certain aspects (thought speed, movement speed, but it shouldn't be too much trouble)
It is theorized that this would be a plausible way that elves would operate if they were real, since it would take longer for them to leave childlike appearances. Perhaps also why elves could be seen as naive too
