If you're talking about an actual virus, I don't think that's possible as even the very deadly ones are eventually caught in the equilibrium of evolution and antibodies develop.
I think the balance between a virus' lethality and its transmission rate is fascinating and this limits how deadly a virus can actually be (fortunately for us.)
