What software do you use for making illustrations for presentations and such?
IMO:
Powerpoint is alright for very simple stuff.
Blender is good for very complicated stuff.

What is a good software for making illustrations that doesnt require massive effort to produce?

Opensource preferred.
Pic is about 1/5 as complicated as the illustrations Im interested in.
