Vast amount of well known psychology and psychiatry in regards to mental diseases is a scam. Psychology and the like as a study is something that offers ideas like a "skinner box" as it is something repeatedly provable although it's still only explaining the outward behaviour of a black box in a certain type of environment. But mental illness is a fluid, borderline "schizophrenic" thing as a "study", as is psychology for the most part. The definitions, the names, the symptoms, the "cures", they change constantly as society changes. If you attend a uni-level class the teacher may spout words she can't define such as "soul". You know why people go into this study? They want to learn how to control people. And if you go there for advice in my experience you won't be understood, because they can't understand your brain as a black box, they only look to their books and then try to find a reason to drug you up on something, anything because it's all just a chemical imbalance right?
Humans aren't individual, they are individual nodes parts of a network. You can't fix the node, you need to fix the network and its signals.
It's really nothing new and I'm saying obvious things. There's a reason psychology classes are mandatory in many schools, there's a reason a guy with a humanities degree taught the math classes. It's to destroy you.
Teichmuller was right about education.
Don't trust psychologists or psychiatrists (as long as you don't feel like you're actually truly neurologically ill or trauma riddled, don't mention anything else than that and seem mostly normal and a productive member to get some good exercises and help, you can just search for this online too).
Remember you aren't just your brain, you are your room, garden and the information you consume because it gets sent to your brain. Others influence your behavior and what you think. Media too.
