infinitesimal supersymmetry transformations have commutators that are generators of spacetime translations. okay. sure.
so that tells me that supersymmetry has something to do with simple lorentz boosts and rotations in any old field theory.
but then "haha supergravity reproduces the diffeomorphism conformal symmetry of general relativity!"
i could never follow this. can somebody break that down for me or post a link to a resource that can explain it for low-IQ noobs like me?
