What's the scientific reason behind why socialization gives a temporary IQ boost?

Whenever I socialize with people, I feel my brain is much more active and responsive in periods afterwards.

Probably because socialization is an important factor in survival. (bad socialization = kick out of clan = die)
For the same reason why being in a starving state temporary increases your IQ, same with after vigorous exercise.
