hypothetically speaking you can create amphetamines and basically any organic compound that doesn't have any rare element out of anything organic (given you have the tools), in reality if you are starting from scratch you would make the process ungodly long and complicated. there is no recipe and there are many ways this can be don so if you can figure this on your own, you don't need amphetamines
