Help me understand Power Factor, for some reason this is one of the few concepts of electrical theory I fail to grasp 100%, some electrical engineer said eventually this theory will 'kick in' and it takes time to understand everything. Wat do?

You can also try and explain it to me as best as you could. This also helps you get it.
I know nothing about electrical engineer.
What is power factor? What does it do? What even is AC? I just know that it is the back-forth current that delivers more power with thinner wires.

uh if the current is leading voltage then the power factor is capacitive load if the voltage is leading the current then the power factor is inductive load

A lagging power factor denotes that on the phasor diagram, the current lags (is behind) the voltage, and a leading power factor denotes that the current leads (is ahead) the voltage.

For inductive loads (e.g. induction motors, coils, lamps), the current lags behind the voltage, thus having a lagging power factor.

For capacitive loads (Synchronous condensers, capacitor banks) , the current leads the voltage, thus having a leading power factor.
