Alright /sci/ I think I figured out how to find 10Dq and my B (racah) value. For Ni 2+ in ligand NH3 I found my experimental Nephelauxetic effect (beta) to be 1.006. What did I do wrong /sci/?

Also, is the calcs to find v2 and v3 the same?
