This is the most optimal way to enjoy his lectures in my opinion.
Obviously, like all lectures though, these should go with text books devoted the subject being lectured on but these should give you firm general knowledge and a good starting point regardless.
Even if you were just to watch the films that exist I reckon the average /sci/-loving normie could level up to a high quality midwit very fast.
