Why are normies on social media so dismissive of scientists and PhDs?
Getting a PhD in STEM, never mind completing one, is really difficult...To get on a PhD program I had to ensure I graduated top 10% of my class, that I sucked professor cock for references, that I did a ton of research before writing proposals, it took decades of my life to get here, thousands and thousands of hours of work, but normies think they know better than me by typing something into google... I spent countless nights to the point that my eyes were almost bleeding, my eyes twitching from overuse, my head feeling like it was hit by a hammer, thinking about my field and my subject matter. But some guy on the internet thinks he knows better than I do after reading or watching some 5 minute video.
