In particular, it’s not enough preparation for Greub which is advanced undergraduate/graduate level. I’m guessing the author of the chart thought “hmm, what should come after linear algebra? Oh I bet’s it’s multilinear algebra!” which is not the case. This is not to mention that there is no proper linear algebra in that chart, apart from maybe Artin, but that’s not the book you should rely on for lin alg. Instead read a proper LA book like Hoffman-Kunze or Friedberg-Insel-Spence. It also doesn’t make sense to go straight into topology without having done analysis, and it makes even less sense to go straight into Munkres’ analysis on manifolds from there. It also doesn’t make sense that Dummit-Foote is somehow at the very far end of the chart and is suggested to be read after Artin algebra (and possibly even after Fulton-Harris...). Dummit-Foote can be read at the beginning of your studies and can replace Artin (but you would have to supplement linear algebra from another book in that case).
