23 m who started to notice hair loss at the back of my head. I could see the scalp easily. What can I do to prevent further hairloss and potentially restore/thicken back my hair.

Am not sure if this is relevant but I have been taking amoxicillin for almost 2 months due to multiple infections. I stopped using it now, but could it be explain the loss/thinning?
