Don't forget the kinase that targets it, robotnikin, a molecular inhibitor of Shh
There's a ton of genes/proteins named as such that were discovered in flies based on knockout phenotype. There's also things like RING domains (Really Interesting New Gene) which is shit-tastic, but it's the enzymatic domain for E3 ubiquitin ligases and is all over literature.
