Okay, so I know the earth is not flat, but let's assume a flat earth model.
How the fuck do all these people exist in all these places yet see the same face of the moon and the same phases every night?

if you see pic related, you will know that the projections of the moon/sun are being reflected into the dome from the outside, so everyone sees the same phase wherever you are under the dome

some yes. Flat earth is like christian theology: while they all believe "eart flat", you can build a massive graph-tree on the many divisions of beliefs from the massive differences all the way down to the little differences in beliefs. You find everything from "projections" to some weird-ass orbit thing that supposedly explains the vanishing horizon to "it's actually the inside of another globe and like, the sun is painted on the inside or something"
