I tracked race IQ data from here

They use a standard deviation of 15 for each race, I think. If I'm wrong please correct me and I'll update it. I then normed each distribution with respect to their USA populations.

What should I do to make this more rigorous?

However the USA defines Hispanic in its data. I'm not sure how they quantify it.

Right, I'm not dismissing it. It's a valid question, and I'm sure it has an answer. I just don't know that answer. It's a surprisingly difficult thing to find since the US seems a bit shady in how it classifies race. E.g. Jews are white.
