A 33cl beer at 6% contains 15 grams of alcohol.
a 50cl beer at 6% contains 23 grams of alcohol.
A 75cl bottle of wine at 14% contains 81 grams of alcohol.
25cl of 40% vodka is 78 grams.
Drinking more in a single session is worse than small amounts distributed over time. Drinking on empty stomach is worse than with meals.
It's likely that you harm your organism by drinking more than light consumption, but this is hard to detect at this level, if you keep it up for years you probably have a higher risk of various cancers and organ failure. At more than 40 grams daily it's likely to find liver enzyme increases, or fatty liver disease or the likes.
I drink mid-moderate amounts but I still feel it's too much. It's a way of coping with being unemployed and mid pandemic fuckup. Don't use these numbers to justify your consumption, don't think "It's all okay as long as I'm not excessive consumption", because you can still end up with injury to yourself. The formation of serious liver or organ injury doesn't have a very clear cut-off value. And the effects on cognition and the brain is not clearly documented, most importantly perhaps is your behavior, if you're addicted you might focus too much on the drinking to focus on your social life, your business ideas and other important life aspects.
