When you research this, pay close attention on whether 25 OH D3 (storage) or 1,25 D3 (active) is meant. Patients with immune disorders may have lower levels of the storage form but higher levels of the active one in serum and/or tissue, which is bad for pretty much everything other than fighting off pathogens.
1,25 D3 may act anti inflammatory in itself but it suppresses other anti inflammatory factors which makes it net-proinflammatory in some cases.
So don’t be a retard overdosing on it
